  • International Management: Challenges of operating across borders, including cultural differences, global supply chains, and international trade.
  • Operations Management: Focuses on the efficiency of production and service processes, quality control, and logistics.
  • Cost Accounting: Also known as Managerial Accounting; it focuses on internal reporting to help managers make pricing and production decisions.
  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation: The "startup" module, covering how to identify opportunities, build business models, and foster innovation within firms.
  • Applied Data Analytics: Turning data into actionable insights using real-world business cases.
